CLIENTS RELATION OFFICER

Location: Alliance Française de Bangkok, 179 Witthayu Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Friday to Tuesday. Depending on events, the working days and hours of the Customers Relation Officer may be adjusted.
Desired start date: 1 November 2025
The Clients Relation Department is the first point of contact for the public at the Alliance Française. The Clients Relation Officer is responsible for the administrative and organizational follow-up of registrations, examinations, and training courses.
Job description:
Reporting to the Management, the Head of Clients Relation Department, the Clients Relation Officer is responsible for the following tasks:
- Management of registrations, refunds, and catch-up classes
- Customer care for language and arts courses (group and individual classes), exams, companies, vacation camps and language stays (welcome, information, and customers’ registration in person by email or other channels).
- Administrative follow-up of registrations in the AEC software (updating customer files, modifying schedules, tracking payments, etc.). Training will be provided on arrival.
- Help with preparations for the start of the session and teaching activities (creating follow-up documents, relaying information to the teaching team, ordering materials, etc.).
- Coordinate with candidates, provincial partners, and service providers (printer, suppliers).
- Daily monitoring of communication channels (Email, Facebook, Messenger, LINE...)
- Any other missions contributing to the smooth operation of the Registration Department and the objectives of the Alliance Française de Bangkok.
Required profile :
- The candidate must be a native Thai speaker and have a good level of French (B1) and English (B2).
- He/She must be proficient in Word, Excel and database software.
- He/She must graduate and ideally have at least one year's experience in sales and customer relations.
- A dynamic and versatile personality, strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset are required.
