SALES OFFICER

Location: Alliance Française de Bangkok, 179 Witthayu Road, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday from 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch break. Depending on events, the working days and hours of the Sales Officer may be adjusted.
Desired start date: 19 August 2026
The Sales Officer is responsible for selling and promoting the Alliance Française’s courses and cultural activities to clients. The role focuses on identifying and converting leads, building relationships with individuals, schools, companies, and partners, and ensuring effective follow-up throughout the sales process. This position requires strong sales and communication skills, and customer orientation.
Job description:
Reporting to the Management and the Head of Sales Department, Sales officer is responsible for the following tasks:
- Sale of language courses (French and Thai), arts courses, exams, vacation camps, and language stays to all publics, and other activities
- Administrative follow-up in term of Sales in the systems (creating customer files in AEC, creating leads in CRM, issuing the receipt, tracking payments, etc.). Trainings will be provided on arrival
- Help with preparations for the start of the session and teaching activities (visiting classes, follow-up with students, etc.)
- Participation in the development of new courses and contracts for companies (prospect research, making appointments, preparing quotations, setting up the course, following up the course with students and the company contact person, renewing course packages, setting up the accreditation training courses……)
- Daily monitoring of communication channels (Email, Facebook, Messenger, LINE...)
- Any other missions contributing to the smooth operation of the Sales Department and the objectives of the Alliance Française de Bangkok
Required profile :
- The candidate must be a native Thai speaker and have a good level of English (B2). Good French (B1) is a plus.
- He/She must be proficient in Word, Excel and database softwares.
- He/She must graduate and ideally have at least one year's experience in sales.
- Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.
- A dynamic and versatile temperament, good interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service are required.
