Internship Offer: Assistant to Marketing and Administration Department

The Alliance Française Bangkok is seeking for an Assistant to Marketing and Administration Department for a duration of 4 months or more.
Your mission
- Conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative) to identify customer behaviors, preferences, and competitor trends.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data, and transform findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate research findings to management and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design and implement campaigns based on research insights.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
- Support content development and promotional activities across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage research projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Profile
- Thai Nationality, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field).
- Good command of English (spoken and written). French language skill is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of design or digital tools (Canva, Photoshop, social media platforms) is an asset.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
Working Schedule
Working schedule can be amended to match the University and Alliance Française Bangkok activities
