Meeting with Eric Kayser

The Master Baker made an exclusive appearance at Alliance Française de Bangkok to promote his book, on March 18th, 2015.

Éric Kayser, founder of renowned French bakery Maison Kayser, has written a book titled “The Larousse book of bread”. He shared his passion with us, and taught us to aknowledge good bread. About fifty people were present, delighted to share wine, cheese, and cold cuts together.
